Terms & Conditions

General

  • It is  the nature of our products that due to the manufacturing process of Swarovski and other crystals some slight variations in shading are unavoidable.
  • Colours shown on this website due to variations of internet browsers, computer screens, etc., combined with the particularities in photographing crystals may be used as a guide only. If you are unsure about a colour we suggest you to raise a query.
  • The pictures are not scaled and, therefore, for reference only. The actual size should be verified by referring to the item's description.
  • The content of this website, including all images, is our property and the reproduction partly or in full any content or images without our consent  is forbidden under any circumstances.

Payments

  • Payments can be made
    Postage and Packaging Details

  • We endeavour to dispatch orders the next working day of our receipt of the cleared payment.
  • We currently post 1st Class Standard Mail  packets at a standard flat rate of £1.00 per order for orders value up to £6,  £2.00 per order for orders value up to £18.
  • We currently post 1st Class Recorded Mail  packets at a standard flat rate of £3.00 per order for orders value up to £39 and £4.00 per order for orders value up to £50.
  • If your order is urgent we strongly suggest you consider the Special Next Day Delivery option.
  • Next Day Special Delivery (excludes Weekends and Bank Holidays) is usually available on orders placed before 12 Noon Monday to Friday for £5.50 per order. However, this is subject to our availability. When we are not available, all orders placed online, requiring this service, will be given priority and dispatched the next available date. An email confirmation of dispatch will be sent. You are welcome to phone 07515530439 to confirm the availability of this service. Receipts of all orders sent by this service will require a signature.
  • European orders value up to £20 can be sent by Airmail Small Packets at a standard flat rate of £2.50 per order.
  • European orders are also sent by International Signed For ™ Delivery and a signature will be required on receipt. We  currently post them at a standard flat rate of £5.50 per order for orders value up to £39, £7.00 per order for orders value up to £100 and £10.00 per order for orders value up to £200.
  • Overseas orders alue up to £10 can be sent by Airmail Small Packets at a standard flat rate of £3.00 per order.
  • Overseas orders are also sent by International Signed For ™ Delivery and a signature will be required. We currently post overseas at a standard flat rate of £6.00 per order for orders value up to £39, £9.00 per order for orders value up to £100 and £12.00 per order for orders value up to £200.
  • In the unlikely event of goods not arriving after 16 working days of dispatch for inland customers or 25 working days for overseas ones, it is the customer's responsibility to notify us that they are not in receipt of the expected package. We wil not accept any claims for non-delivery of goods that have not been notified to us within 28 days of the date of dispatch.
  • VAT at 15% is included in all stated UK and overseas postal charges.
  • A dispatch notification email will be sent when goods leave our boutique. If an order has been placed and a dispatch email has not been received within 7 days please contact us immediately.
  • We try our best to keep all items in stock. However, due to long lead times at the manufacturers we are sometimes unavoidably out of an item. In these circumstances you will be emailed so that you can decide whether you wish us to place it on back order for you.

Damages and Shortages

  • The customer shall report any damage or shortage to us and the carriers within 7 days of delivery. Provided prompt notice of transit damage is given and provided it is proved to our satisfaction that such damage occurred in transit in the UK but not otherwise, we will refund, repair or replace such goods free of charge to the customer. 
   Ownership and Risk
  • The risk in the goods shall pass from us to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.

Returns  

  • In a very unlikely event that the item you have bought is faulty, it can be returned for an exchange. Please send it back to us within 7 days of receipt enclosing your order details and obtaining a proof of postage. A replacement will be send back as soon as your packet is received. Costs of your postage will be also refunded.
  • According to the UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations all our customers have a cooling off period in which they can withdraw from the contract for any reason. The cooling off period ends seven working days after the day of receipt of the goods. Please notify us by email a soon as you can regarding your intentions to return goods to us.  Pease enclose a copy of your order to the package. Any original packaging that has seals, staples, etc (ie factory sealed packs of table crystals) must not be compromised for costs of goods to be refunded.  Please contact us first if in doubt. Customers have to meet all postage and packing charges on cancellation.
  • The UK Distance Selling Regulations do not apply to goods made to the customer's specification.
  • This does not affect your statutory rights.

Force Majeure

  • We will not be liable for any breach of agreement for delay or failure to perform if the delay or failure is due to acts of God, civil commotion, riots, floods, drought , fire, legislation or other cause beyond our reasonable control. This does not affect your statutory rights. If we choose not to enforce a right under this agreement, that decision will not prevent the enforcement of other rights, or the same right on a later occasion.

Liability

  • Under no circumstances shall we be responsible for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
